Personalized and quality works: models deluxe

The traditional models have passed away. What the client is looking for when he sees a model, especially if it is a real-estate project, is the exact image of what will be his home, his housing to spend the holidays or place of work. Lighting, material, finishing touches, decoration … are aspects that are taking center stage in order to achieve the best result.

The models should be seen as the only aim to make the client dream,  to bring him closer to his next reality frame. That is why it must be a personalized work, of the highest quality and that recreates all the details perfectly well.

In this regard, Jetcommunication has concentrated part of its efforts in the reinvention of model concept. To that end, it works with the best professionals and through the slogan never say “no” to a project. All the projects received are considered and solved; even those that include the model execution, the urn and the exhibition table (Look at the photos).

The model development starts from the Autocad planes the client provides.  In this way, it is possible to calculate the scale and the size the model will have, as well as any special characteristics the client wishes to include (type of materials, decoration, lighting …).

At this moment, it is also considered the personalized table work for the client or carrying in case it is required.

The next step is to “raise” the project for models via 3D impression, or prepare the planes of each piece, in case of a traditional one. If the first process is chosen (the most innovative and the one that  Jetcommunication uses in its works), the textures and the colors are applied before its impression with a special machine (the only one in Andalusia).  These sheets are dried and infiltrated with a few chemical products that provide them the necessary hardness and consistency.

At the same time, we have been working on the base of the model with the advice of a landscape painter, shaping the area, the decoration, the vegetation… The latest technologies are used on the entire project, which provide an outermost customization of the result (trees, palms, plants…).

This is immediately followed by the assembly of all the pieces with the greatest of care. Once assembled, we proceed to decorate, that is the last thing to do. In case of being an illuminated model, it will be taken into consideration from the beginning in order to establish the points of light (bedside tables, lampposts, ceiling lamps…), the creation of double walls in order to keep the wiring invisible and accessible, because in case of breakdown it will be necessary to ensure a simple and quick access.   At present, we use leds which provide more effective light in a wide range of colors. In this sense, Jetcommunication has a 24 hour maintenance service with offices in Málaga (throughout Spain) and Tangier (for Morocco).

Now all that remains is to make the urn of methacrylate, the placement table and the packing case, in cases when the clients request for it.

For those models that are not made with a 3D printer, either because of its scale or type of model, PVC is normally used by laser cutting.  Pieces are painted, assembled and the furniture is made.

The most important thing of this technic is that Jetcommunication install an opening mechanism so that the client can displace each plant and can then see the inside them. For these models it is also possible to prepare de urns, tables and packing cases.
