Akenza (Marrakech, Marruecos)

The real-estate group Alliances, one of the most important around the world and that possesses further economic and image consolidation, have relied on Jetcommunication to realize the Akenza project in 3D.

It is a resort of 260 hectares of extension that includes a golf course of 18 holes and a hotel with 140 rooms and 50 villas (the dimensions range from the basic apartments up to luxury villas).

In addition, it is the most ambitious project for ecology in Morocco. It is a "green" concept based initiative, which includes rails and stations for bicycles, the use of recycled water for the irrigation of both common zones and private ones and the waste treatment, among others.

Concerning the project signatures, it counts on big international architecture names. For example, Kyle Philips has been in charge to design the golf course. But the list continues with figures like Genard Gibault, Gaggiano or Chekouri.

Jetcommunication made possible from a few sketches to make real this idea in 3D. The final result not only has been of an extreme quality but capable of moving the spectator to a dreamed reality. The environment in which he will live, will rest or will play golf is perfectly reflected in just a few minutes of video.

Akenza will be a reality for 2015 but, across Jetcommunication work, the potential customers, not only of Marrakech, not only of Marrakech, Casablanca or Rabat, but also of the foreign community, can already know exactly what they are going to acquire. The same thing happens with the investors been interested in the project.

The development will take place in Marrakech, an area well placed and connected with the principal points of interest, and it is supported by the group Alliances.

This company is the second one as for turnover in Morocco and the first one with regard to facilities and professionals. In fact, it is designated as the new emergent power of this country, because it is a holding dedicated to the real-estate promotion, both for housings and luxury housing, and the tourist sector.
